Sandy Hook Bees vs. MLL Timber Rattlers MLGSB Championship Game Sat. 6/13/2009

The Rattlers defeated the Sandy Hook Bee’s by a score of 11-10 in the MLL Championship game.
The Rattlers ignited for 4 runs in the bottom of the 2nd by a perfectly laid down bunt by Stefanie” Scoop” Reimertz.

Led by the pitching of Casey Klatt, Julianna Dedonno and Kayley Anthony, the Rattlers led for most of the game by a score of 9-2.

The Bee’s battled back to tie the score in the top of the 6th inning, Amanda Hallard led off the bottom of the 6th with a walk and stole second.

She scored on a winning hit, a blast to deep left field by Stefanie Saginor. The Rattler defense was led by big plays by Kim McMillan and Jillian Haliskoe.

The Rattlers finished the year as Division and Playoff Champions!
