In order to receive your volunteer bond back, all families are asked to volunteer two hours of time. This year we have a new volunteer procedure. This will allow us to automate the sign up procedure. All volunteer events will be handled this way (Snack Bar, Field Maintenance, Special Events).
Once your account has been activated please login to view snackbar and field mx slots:
When you first login you will be able to see the listing of games that need a snack bar volunteer. When you see a game you would like to volunteer for simply click REQUEST GAME. The game will have to be confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email if you have been selected.
You can select My Snack Bar Times to see any games that you have been confirmed to work.
Also be sure to click on Events if you prefer to volunteer for field maintenance or other special events. These are usually added each week as needed.
Make sure you sign the volunteer log book located in the Bistro to ensure you receive credit for your time.
